Belmond Hiram Bingham operates during the day, so there are no sleeping carriages on board.
Guests enjoy sparkling wine and fresh orange juice upon embarking the Belmond Hiram Bingham train, followed by an elegant three-course brunch en route to Machu Picchu, comprising a traditional Peruvian appetiser, main course, dessert and coffee. During the return journey to Cuzco, a gourmet four-course, Andean-inspired dinner is served, complemented by fine wine recommended by the Sommelier.
