Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort

Sally has been to Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort before, but says that it seems to just get better and better with each visit, if that’s at all possible! It’s no surprise, especially as on this occasion, Sally was lucky enough to stay in the stunning six-bedroom villa, Lazy Lizard, that comes with a swimming pool to rival most five-star properties. It also has a Chef, Butler and Maid who will cater to your every whim, while there are two six-seater golf carts at your disposal to help you get around the resort. The two master suites feature an outdoor stand-alone bath tub, four fabulous smaller rooms with indoor and outdoor showers, a fully-equipped mini gym − that Sally is delighted to report she did actually use − an office and television room, a full dining area and a beautiful outdoor living area. She says that she's been very lucky to stay in some amazing villas over the years, but this one really does top the lot!

The resort was full with guests when Sally visited, but she was still able to view a Beachside Courtyard Suite that was spacious and only a stone’s throw from the beach, a Pool Suite which was similar but came with a pool, a Rosewood Estate Suite that had a separate living room and a pool, and a Rondavel Room, some of which have a plunge pool. She also saw some of the Estate Homes and villas including Ty Molyneux, and said that they are really fabulous and luxurious − ideal for larger families or friends travelling together.

During her stay Sally also saw the great kids' club and the lovely spa, and managed to enjoy some time on the stunning beach and take a dip in the sea, as well as dine at Verandah restaurant, the pool grill and the Great House that were all fantastic throughout. She even took part in a rum-tasting session which was great fun. In summing up Sally says that the resort caters very well for families and couples alike − you will not be disappointed!
