Whilst in Sydney, do try a few of the excellent restaurants that have cropped up across the city, which has become a world-class destination for sublime dining. The hotel's Concierge would be delighted to give recommendations and point you in the right direction. If you have a head for heights, you might like to ascend Sydney's Harbour Bridge or pay a visit to the iconic Sydney Opera House to admire its unique architecture - take a tour of the backstage areas and perhaps enjoy a concert or performance. Sydney has no fewer than seventy gorgeous sandy beaches, the most famous being the kilometre-long Bondi Beach, which is thirty minutes from Park Hyatt Sydney by car. Another great place to explore is The Rocks, a jumble of cobbled streets, sandstone cottages and some of Sydney's oldest pubs, which date from the 1800s. After a busy day sightseeing Park Hyatt Sydney’ s spa can provide holistic treatments to relax or rejuvenate you, whilst the rooftop swimming pool offers excellent panoramic views of Sydney Opera House and the harbour.
