Headed by newly appointed Chef de Cuisine, Faizan Ali − who was born in India and has worked at places including luxury hotel, The Leela Palace Kempinski − it promises guests authentic Indian cuisine. His love and passion for food however came from his father, Chef Farman Ali, who belongs to a long line of Indian Chefs. The open kitchen at the Indian Pavilion will allow guests to be part of the creative cooking experience as the aromas of Indian spices and herbs can be smelt throughout the restaurant. Chef Faizan will take dishes of the old Mughlai cuisine, which has become his signature Indian cuisine, and reinvent them; from succulent kebabs to qormas and parathas, with something to suit those who like their dishes extremely mild and those who like more of a spicy kick.
