Oceania Cruises features two speciality restaurants, Toscana and the Polo Grill, and on the 'O' class, Red Ginger and Jacques. At Toscana, a menu of distinctive olive oil and Balsamic vinegars is offered alongside authentic Tuscan dishes hailed for their simplicity and keenly balanced flavours. Fine wines are presented by Sommeliers who can instinctively recommend the right wine for your meal.
The intimate Polo Grill embodies the timeless charm of the finest American steakhouses, with signature dishes including twenty-eight-day, dry-aged prime cuts of beef, Colorado Lamb and a Maine Lobster sauce from Oceania Cruises' private distributor.
The Grand Dining Room offers majestic dining, with Frette linen, bone china, hand-painted frescoes adorning a domed ceiling and French-inspired cuisine. The first restaurant on land or sea to carry the name of Masterchef, Jacques Pepin - Head Chef for no fewer than three heads of state - is the handsomely decorated, Jacques, which offers diners Provencale French cuisine and ingeniously recreated classics. Red Ginger's visual impact belies the interiors and gustatory pleasures that lie within. Ebony wood and eclectic Asian artworks set the mood, while striking menus, filled with groundbreaking Asian Fusion dishes, will surpass the highest of expectations.
Each evening, the al fresco dining area of the Terrace Cafe becomes 'Tapas on the Terrace', with a sumptuous buffet of authentic tapas, paella and other Spanish specialities, as well as a choice of international dishes, including sushi and a selection of dishes from other restaurants’ menus.
A variety of bars and lounges offer convivial venues for relaxation and conversation. Martinis serves numerous incarnations of the eponymous cocktail, while rare vintages can be enjoyed in the Grand Bar and new-found friends can be made in Horizons, an observation lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping vistas.
