The world-renowned Singita boasts two luxurious lodges within Sabi Sand Game Reserve, both located in prime wilderness areas, boasting an abundance of wildlife. Inspired by the natural shape of the rocks among which it is built, Singita Boulders Lodge is unique and contemporary in style featuring dramatic carvings, sculptures and prints throughout the public areas. Each of its twelve spacious guest suites features en suite bathrooms, outside showers, and double-sided fireplaces. Connected by slender walkways that wind their way through the bush, all suites have the benefit of private infinity-edge plunge pools. There are two luxurious Family Suites each boasting two bedrooms, making them ideal for families.

Fine cuisine and bush specialities are served in spectacular venues, such as by the river or around the campfire in the traditional open boma, and there's an impressive selection of wine to choose from - 12,000 bottles, in fact.

Children from 10 years of age are welcome, and special activities are available including: board games, wildlife shows, cooking and baking with the chefs, visits to local community schools when classes are in session and a chance to partake in the Mini Rangers’ Course which includes: tracking animals; frogging; butterfly capture and release; a cosmic safari (astronomy); learning bush survival techniques; flower-pressing; game-spotting competitions; nature quizzes and a Ranger’s Test. In recognition of their achievements, certificates are distributed to the young participants upon completion of the course. 

For safety reasons participation in safari activities will be at the discretion of the Guide.

At Singita Boulders Lodge, it’s safe to say that wine is a key ingredient of the experience. The Wine Cellar showcases approximately 222 labels and 20,000 bottles of premium wines, including some of the continent’s most sought-after private reserves. The Sommelier will recommend wines to complement meals, host personalised wine-tastings and guests can even purchase their favourite wines to enjoy back at home.

A visit to Singita School of Cooking allows guests to experience Singita's commitment to practicing ‘modern conservation’ - a balance of sophisticated hospitality, wildlife and land preservation, and local community development.

On Safari

There are twice-daily game-drives with professional Guides and Trackers,  who are knowledgeable, interesting and experienced and can assist with helping guests to take great photographs. Additionally, there are swimming pools at both lodges and mountain-biking, archery and safari walks can be arranged.
