Explore Villars with Elegant Resorts
With a long-held prestige as one of Switzerland’s finest ski destinations, Villars may be one of the smallest resorts in its region, but its fantastic position makes it a much sought after gateway to some of the finest ski spots of the area. With 125 kilometres of marked slopes, and 45 kilometres dedicated to cross country skiing, the resort also benefits from directly linking with four neighbouring alpine ski areas – Gryon, Meilleret, Isenau and Glacier 3000 – all of which can be accessed with a single hands-free magnetic pass, that effortlessly opens the gates to three sublime valleys. The village of Villars overlooks the picturesque Rhone Valley, Mont Blanc and the local ski area of Bretaye – a fantastic centre for winter sports – which is linked to Villars by the BVB railway, while a gondola lift boasting stunning views connects the village to Roc d’Orsay.
